azbu is a listing platform
When you place an order on azbu, you pay the vendor directly to their UPI ID. azbu never receives, holds or settles your money. Because of this, azbu is not liable for any refund or cancellation and cannot reverse or refund payments.
Refunds & cancellations
- Every refund, cancellation, return or exchange is decided and handled by the vendor according to their own policy.
- Contact the vendor directly using the WhatsApp button on your order page or the vendor's shop page, and share your order ID.
- We recommend checking the vendor's policy on their Instagram page before paying.
If a vendor doesn't respond
Use Report Scam on the product or shop page, or email supportazbu@gmail.com. We review every report and may remove the vendor's verification badge or ban the shop. Reporting does not guarantee a refund.
