azbu is a marketplace for Instagram sellers with zero tolerance towards scams. Every shop listed on our storefront is reviewed and verified by the azbu team before its products appear to shoppers.
What we do
- Verify Instagram sellers and award Verified / Gold Verified badges.
- Give shoppers one place to browse, add to cart and place orders.
- Show the seller's UPI ID and QR so you pay the seller directly, then upload your payment screenshot for the seller to approve.
- Investigate scam reports and delist fraudulent sellers.
What we don't do
azbu does not hold, process or settle money. We are a listing platform only. Refunds, cancellations, returns and delivery are handled by each vendor.
Important: All payments on azbu are made directly to the vendor. azbu is only a platform to list products — we do not collect payments and are not liable for any money refund or cancellation. For refunds, cancellations or returns, please contact the vendor directly.
