This policy explains what information azbu collects and how it is used. By using azbu you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details: name and email from Google sign-in, if you choose to sign in.
- Order details: name, phone number and delivery address you enter at checkout.
- Payment screenshots: images and optional UPI reference numbers you upload as proof of payment.
- Seller details: shop name, Instagram handle and link, UPI ID, phone number and product listings.
- Reports: information you submit in scam reports.
How we use it
- Your order details and payment screenshot are shared only with the seller you ordered from (and azbu admins) so they can verify payment and deliver your order.
- Seller contact and UPI details are shown to shoppers so they can pay and contact the seller.
- We use reports and order history to verify sellers and prevent fraud.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not store card or bank login details — payments happen in your own UPI app.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing supportazbu@gmail.com. Sellers hold their own copies of order details and are responsible for them.
